The added value of our module is to assist the candidate, regardless of their professional and personal situation, in finding a project consistent with their skills, expectations, and the reality of the job market. This module focuses on discovering the job market and the behavioral codes to be acquired in a professional setting. It is intended for candidates with little to no experience in the job market. A real boost to start in the workforce. Each candidate will be welcomed, supported, and respected with empathy and kindness according to Daoust’s values.

The added value of our module is to assist the candidate, regardless of their professional and personal past, in finding a project consistent with their skills, expectations, and the reality of the job market. The quality of the module will focus on resilience and the importance of professional and human experience gained.

JUMP’Intense offers you 4 essential steps:

• Personal development (values, self-confidence, time management, stress management…)

• Exposure to the job market (internship)

The objective of JUMP’Intense, our module, is to assist the candidate, regardless of their professional and personal background, in finding a project consistent with their skills, expectations, and the reality of the job market. Digital tools are also highlighted.

This program is intentionally open to individuals aged 18 to 64, which promotes intergenerational exchange and the sharing of experiences among candidates and Job Coaches. 

How?

Through primarily group-based support with individual meetings to assess progress.

All job seekers aged 18 to 64 registered with Le Forem, seeking professional orientation.

The applicant must have access to a stable internet connection, as the module is primarily delivered remotely (via video conferencing).

CHANGE’Direct offers a module consisting of three essential steps: professional orientation, personal development (values, self-confidence, time management, stress management) and immersion in the job market. At the end of this short module, the candidate’s objective is to have a project consistent with their expectations, skills, and the job market.

How?

Through individual remote support (video conferencing) with in-person meetings for progress evaluation.
